A.Billi publishes claims about real companies, brands, shareholders, and public records. Mistakes happen. If you see one, please tell us — we want to fix it.

How to report a correction

In the app

Long-press any source chip on an ownership chain, or tap Report incorrect data at the bottom of a company detail sheet. The form is short and most fields are optional.

By email

Write to corrections@abilli.app. If you can include any of the following, it helps us move faster:

The specific claim (company name, brand, shareholder, or page where it appears).
A source URL that supports the correction (SEC or SEDAR filing, corporate registry, news article, etc.).
A proposed replacement (e.g., the actual parent company and ownership percentage).
The as-of date of your source.
A free-text explanation.

None of those are required. A short note is enough to start the conversation.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge correction requests on a best-effort basis. Specific timing depends on volume, complexity, and the strength of the source. The general flow:

Triage. We compare the reported claim against the source we relied on and against the source you provided.
Update or remove. If the correction is supported, we update the underlying record (or remove the claim if no source supports either version).
Log. Substantive corrections are recorded below.
Reply. We confirm what we did and why.

If a claim is plausibly defamatory or otherwise legally serious, we will pause public display while we investigate, even if we have not yet decided whether the correction is warranted.

What this page is not

The targets above describe how we aim to operate, on a best-effort basis. They are not a contractual service-level agreement, and nothing on this page waives any defence A.Billi may have against any particular claim. Real-world response times will vary.
